Affordable luxury apartment situated by the sea on the beach of Lavadores. Located in a modern building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto - near the mouth of the River Douro.

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is new. Is located on the first line on the beach front of Lavadores, the modern area on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holiday or short stay and also a great place to live.

Features a spacious living room and kitchen in open space, with balcony facing the sea, where you can relax, sunbathe and admire the beautiful sunset. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 55 inch LCD Smart TV, cable TV with more than 100 channels and free access to wireless Internet of 50 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipments and utensils needed.

The 2 rooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep rest and relaxing. One of the rooms is a suite with full bathroom and jacuzzi. The other is a large double bedroom with a bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony facing the sea and you can enjoy the magnificent view from each room.

Basement garage (box) for 2 cars.

The apartment has a generous area of 120 square meters

Bath towels are provided and new bedding.

Such a wonderful apartment located in a great area! Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance too which is very helpful. Always an uber around. Marcos is very friendly and welcoming, I'd absolutely recommend staying here. :)
