Description

Our apartment has 3 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bath/shower room. It is fully air-conditioned. There is reserved private off street parking and gardens with bench seats, boules pitch, pool and and olive grove for shade.

Set between Cannes and Antibes ,we are just 500 yards from the sandy beaches and deep blue bay. There is a pool for residents and gardens to rest and for young children to play,

Sit on the large terrace and enjoy the sun and your meals There are two sunbeams + dining table and 6 chairs on the terrace. Explore the South of France from this central location. You don't even need a car as buses are close by and there is even a coastal train to take you to Monte-Carlo and Italy. Golfe-Juan is a typical unspoilt seaside town in France, with lots to do for kids and where it is safe for them to explore.

We are close to Cannes and its Exhibitions, but set in a quiet peaceful road with gardens and a pool.

The apartment is in a modern block, and is on the third ( top ) floor. There is a lift (Elevator). There are no steps anywhere even to the pool or from the parking area to the lobby and lift

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms each with twin beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. The large living room has a dining table which can accomodate up to 10 people. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with separate controls for each room. There is a high speed internet and a telephone giving free landline calls to Europe and the US. The apartment is child friendly and there are some toys there and a Playstation 2, television with English speaking Satellite, internet radio etc

The apartment has a proper fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Bed-Linen and towels are included in the costs/

There is a reserved private parking space for you behind electrically powered gates.

You will be met by our professional management team who speak fluent English and will show you around..

Getting around

Local buses run tow Cannes, Antibes and Nice. Cars are great and we have suggested itineraries in the apartment for day trips. There are hilltop villages worth exploring and fantastic islands in the bay you can reach by boat. Golfe-Juan station has trains to Nice and on into Italy to explore the Markets and the towns like San Remo. We chose this location as you do not need a car - there are sufficient supermarkets and shops within days walking distance and public transport is reliable and very low cost.

Interaction with guest

You will be met by our professional local management team who speak fluent English, German and French and who will show you around. He will give you two sets of keys and a remote control for the main gates. You can call him to arrange a meeting time outside la Desirade for your arrival. When it comes to leave, he will meet you at the apartment check that you were happy and ask for the return of the keys We as owners are available on the phone before your stay to answer any questions you have. .
