Cozy apartment in the city center close to shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and the car is not necessary.
It 's the ideal base for a holiday exploring the Liguria or a relaxing beach holiday in the sun, only 350 meters from home.
There are two large bedrooms in 120 square meters with six places in comfortable beds and two additional sofa bed in the dining TV. Two new bathrooms provide a good privacy at home and have a washing machine and hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwaves, dishwasher and blenders, and toasters and allows you to comfortably cook for so many people. It 's the ideal place for a large family, a group of friends or two coppie.
There is aN high chair and cot if needed and the garage is available included in the price.
For some time outside on the terrace there are two comfortable chairs.
Within walking distance there are restaurants and pizzerias to suit all tastes and in the evening there is always some attraction on the waterfront, at the theater or the cinema.
Portofino, Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Camogli and the Cinque Terre are easily reachable by train or bus. In summer the boats leave the tourist harbor for all trips in the dintorni.Milano, Pisa and Lucca are only two hours.
Linen rental possible : bath, bed and kitchen linens available for 10 euros/people (to pay at your arrival).

Ci sono due grandi camere in 120 mq con sei posti in letti comodi e due aggiuntivi in divano letto in sala TV.
Due bagni nuovi permettono una buona privacy come a casa vostra e sono dotati di lavatrice, asciugacapelli e scaldasalviette.
La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata con microonde, macchina caffè Nespresso, frullatori e toaster e permette di cucinare comodamente per tante persone.
E' il posto ideale per una famiglia numerosa, un gruppo di amici o due coppie.Ci sono fasciatoio, vaschetta per il bagnetto, seggiolone e lettino se servono e il garage è a disposizione incluso nel prezzo.
Per qualche momento all'aperto in terrazza ci sono due comode sdraio.
A due passi troverete ristoranti e pizzerie per tutti i gusti e la sera c'è sempre qualche attrattiva sul lungomare, a teatro o al cinema.
Portofino, Rapallo, Sestri Levante, Camogli e le Cinque Terre si raggiungono comodamente in treno o con i bus.
Nella bella stagione i battelli partono dal porto per tutte le gite nei dintorni.
Milano, Pisa e Lucca sono a solo due ore .
Possibile noleggiare la biancheria da bagno, letto e cucina a 10 euro/ persona/soggiorno (1 cambio salvo diversi accordi).
