Description
A highly desirable Palacio Resort beach front condo in Perdido Key, FL!!! Wake up an watch the dolphins swimming along the shoreline from your private balcony while you enjoy your morning coffee. This is condo is rented like two bedroom condo, but is the size of a three bedroom condo. The condo has been well equipped however furnished to only accommodate group of 4 adults or possibly a group of up to 6 if at least 2 of the guests are small children.
The bedding arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom which is on the south side of the condo featuring gulf front windows and access to the private balcony and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom, with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bathroom is shared by the guest bedroom near the north side of the condo and common area. This condo is large and spacious, the linens are plush, and the view is one of the best on the beach! You can make yourself a cocktail at the wet bar in the living area and enjoy it from the large balcony which overlooks the outdoor pools and Perdido Key beach just in front of the resort. If you are looking for a plush condo to spend your vacation among friends and family, then this second floor three bedroom condo is the beach rental for your escape. We will allow groups of 6 if the group wants to put 2 on the sectional sofa. The third bedroom is not available for guest use - no exceptions. Please note that this condo is only available for weekly rentals in the summer months through August and monthly rentals during December through mid-March.
