Very Good

“Great villa, with wonderful views out to the ocean”

Reviewed 5 Nov 2014

This villa was a wonderful place to relax. The views out to the ocean are very peaceful. Staff at this villa are great, very friendly and made us feel at ease, and very welcome. Two downstairs bedrooms seemed quite good, upstairs adjoining bedrooms/bathroom could do with a little updating. But still comfortable. Having young children, the back of the property was an issue, worrying the kids might fall over the edge. Nice location, walking distance to a great little restaurant. Close to 'white sand' beach where you could spend the day.

Response from the manager We wish to say thanks very much for leaving us a great review. We fully appreciate the time taken to leave us such great comments and feedback. Our villa services remain at a high level of quality and we are always trying to improve as we continue with small business at Secluded Bali Villas. We thank you once more.

“We did not want to leave this stunning peice of paradise”

Reviewed 8 Jun 2014

AMAZING! We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Anjani. The villa is stunning, beautifully set out and extremely clean. The staff were all so helpful and professional. Some of the best service I have experienced in Bali so far. You must eat in, the in house cooks prepare beautiful food and it is very reasonably priced. Ask the staff to organise a massage under the palm trees next to your beach, also a very good price. Plenty of space for families with children or even 2 families. 5 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Loved everything. We will book again and for longer next time. 6/5 stars.

“A beautiful, luxurious and relaxing stay.”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2013

This property we found quite outstanding. The rooms were beautiful and provided ample space for our 3 children. The pool was fantastic as was the dining and entertainment area with stunning views over the ocean. The snorkelling right in your own backyard was brilliant, saw many colourful and amazing fish and a large turtle. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this property whether it be to a family or 2 or 3 couples. We would have no hesitation to go back again.

“Great location”

We stayed at the Villa anjani for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The Villa is a great place to stay. Also with Kids. They loved the little beach, the crabs and the snorkeling. We also recommend to have dinner at the villa.

“An amazing Villa with a $1,000,000 view”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2013

What an amazing villa and view. Words cannot describe or give justice to this place. On arrival (and departure) you are met with great staff who cater for everything you need. You don't have to lift a finger. You can enjoy great food and drink at any time of the day and night and the quality is very good. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and clean and you wake every morning hearing the waves crashing in on the beach. The lounge and dining area provides great comfort and a place to chat, enjoy each others company, play games and to drink your beer. The pool and central garden is superb and a shorter walk for refreshments - a great place to sunbath. The front garden is a shady grassed area with the most amazing view. We sat for hours, day and night, just watching the waves hit the beach and the breakwaters - amazing. If you like snorkeling this is paradise - there is a map in the villa of the area inside the breakwater. When you are in the water the sea life is indescribable! The area in front of the villa is good for paddling and the stronger swimmer. Access to the beach and the drop off the garden to beach level must be monitored if you have small ones! If you dare venture out there are some decent eateries - try the Crazy Kangaroo - for us it was the best quality and value. We met some fishermen on the beach in front of the water lily pond who took us diving and to the white sandy beach around the peninsular - this is a must do! If you like the sea or have never experienced being this close then give Villa anjani some of your time. I will end as I started - this is an amazing villa and view!

“Peaceful and relaxing”

Reviewed 26 Aug 2013

A wonderful secluded villa and the end of a quiet, private street. A beach front, tranquil setting that's hard to beat with very pleasant healpful staff to make the stay even more memorable. We were a party of eight and everyone had only good things to say. The only draw back was that we were four couple's and the two rooms on the second storey share a bathroom, and also not very private as you have to walk through the first room to get to the second room. Even so, we all had a good time and would definitely go back again.

“A perfect retreat”

Reviewed 3 Jun 2012

We went as two families for a week-end break. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth the journey. The villa is of an exceptional standard and the staff could not do more for us from the moment we arrived. By using the driver, we found some great restauarants close by and had a day trip into Ubud which was not too far away. The views, and the sound of the Ocean are remarkable - such a peaceful area. There is a small beach (with a sheer drop onto it - so need to be watchful if any toddlers) - it is not great for sunbathing but this was not really a problem for us as plenty of loungers etc by the pool. Fantastic place - would return.
