Large apartment located in Matosinhos just aside of Porto's City Park and at 4km of EXPONOR - International Fair Center. It has awesome views as you can confirm on the photos and 2 underground parking places. And Porto center is just at one kilometer
The apartment has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) but the 3rd and 4th bedroom will only be open to guests if the group is more than 4 or 6 people respectively. To avoid any misunderstanding, the bedrooms offer works like this:
1 to 4 guests = 2 bedrooms available
5 to 6 guests = 3 bedrooms available
7 to 8 guests = 4 bedrooms available
So, for example, if you are only 4 people but you want to use the 4 bedrooms, you will have to mention on your inquiry that you are 7 people because only this way you will have access to the 4 bedrooms.Nevertheless, all the other areas (Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the large Living Room) will be available in any option, and the apartment will be (in all cases) only for you because I will not book bedrooms to more than one group of guests at the same time. You will be the only group of people staying in the apartment.
A big kitchen and a 90 Square meters Living room where you can enjoy the Sea views and City Park's gardens. Clean bath towels, Linen, and tableware are included and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle and all you need to prepare your own meals. We do not supply Beach Towels.
The apartment also has free wireless fiber internet (100Mbps) and an underground parking garage for 2 cars. 40" LED TV with cable channels. We do not supply cooking products such as salt, sugar, oil, and others mainly for hygienic reasons. You can use the washing machine and dishwasher, but we do not provide the products for them.
Just 15 minutes by car from the Airport and 10 minutes by car to Porto's city center.The bus stops at the door and line 500 will take you in 25 minutes in the center of Porto for € 1.85 per person. and the drive is beautiful along the promenade and the Douro. Metro at 800 meters (10 minutes Walk) that will take to all areas of Porto. Lots of Restaurants and Bars in the area and the Supermarket named "Pingo Doce" at 250 meters. The Beach is just at 200 meters with a well known Surf's Spot.The green lungs of the city. Parque da Cidade has 83 hectares of green areas, footpaths, and varied sports equipment, it is the largest park in Porto. It is a pleasant place of about 10 km of paths and rich and varied fauna and flora.Finish your day eating a Francesinha in Edifício Transparente, watching local surfers, or visit the Lota de Matosinhos and have some charcoal-grilled fish or some shellfish.
Late check-in is acceptable until 01:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible if we don't have new guests on the same day.
IMPORTANT: We don't accept groups of friends younger than 30 years old and we don't allow parties in the apartment.

What a great apartment! Large enough to accommodate all of our extended family very comfortably and with space to spare. Equally as important was the feeling of comfort, homliness, as well as a sparkling of glamour. Breath taking views of the ocean are unbeatable. Beach a casual 5 minute stroll, made location for our grandchildren. All the shops and restaurants you will need are also within a 5-10 minute range. The owners Joao and Christina organised our airport transfer and were at the property to welcome us.As a consequence every part of the holiday went smoothly . Matosinhos and Porto have something for everybody and we will be going back soon. A great holiday!
