ONLINE UPDATED CALENDAR - INSTANT BOOKING

Newly built 2 bedrooms town house, 3 bathrooms, shared swimming pool (20x10m). Affordable brand new townhouse. In a new gated community called Paradise II. It is located near restaurant Popeye and Italian restaurant Bianconero

Beside the neighboring place Kamala Nathong.

4 guests sleeps here without extra bed. Maximum one extra bed. Cost is 10 dollars / night. Towels and bed sheets are included. Cleaning every 7:th day is included.

Most furniture is from Chiang mai and Ikea.

Floor 1:

Entrance with a TV-room, bathroom and a modern european style kitchen. There is a dinner table, sofa, Flat screen TV, 47-inch, DVD and a stereo. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all kitchenware that is needed.

Floor 2:

2 bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a balcony over viewing the swimming pool. In one bedroom you will find a double-bed king size and in the other a wide step bed. A wardrobe and a bathroom with a toilet and shower in each bedroom.

Floor 3:

A nice and big Patio / Roof terrace with a really nice view of Kamalas tropical rain forest that is surrounding the village. Here you have some furniture to sit and relax or soak up the sun.

In the area you have access to a common large swimming pool; 20 x 10 meter.

The beach is approximately 600 m away from the area. To the nearest restaurant and mini-mart it is about 80 meters. The house is located on the side street of Ban Hua Kuan, where Fantasea is located. There are 8-9 restaurants, taxi, laundry service, minimarts, coffee shops, spa, bakery and some bars on the way to the beach. The house is in a quiet area with a 24h security. No obstructing traffic.

Protected with the wall around the whole area, and spacious parking lots for both cars and scooters.

Maidservice every 7:th day of your stay. Option to order more cleaning days.
