Beautifully appointed first floor 2 bedroomed apartment on the 5* Polaris World Golf Resort, with a stunning interior, UK & Spanish TV, Free Wi-Fi, large private sun terrace, overlooking the pool to the front and panoramic views of the Sierra de Espuna national park to the rear

Situated on garden 3, this south facing, beautifully furnished & air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, leather suite, and LCD TV with UK & Spanish TV Channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hobs, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, & washing machine.

The large roof solarium is equipped with a 6 seater Dining Table & Chairs, 2 sun loungers, Coffee Table & Chairs.

A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are a few steps from the front door.

There is an onsite town area containing a supermarket, restaurants, bars & other retail outlets.

A one off service/cleaning charge is payable locally regardless of your length of stay. Approx 89 € + Tax 2024

Close to the apartment is the Condado Sports club, which has a restaurant, bar, and a range of sports facilities

The Jack Nicklaus golf course & clubhouse are available to all, but membership of the CDA Golf Society is recommended for preferential rates.

“quiet and peaceful”

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities. Not very large but very good as a holiday let with lots of swimming pools, tennis courts and, naturally, the golf course
