villetta indipendente sita a San Teodoro (sardegna ) con giardino e posto auto riservato a 1 km dalla bellissima spiaggia la cita e a 400 mt dal centro di San Teodoro in zona tranquilla con poco traffico di auto . San Teodoro e ' dista da Olbia 20km dove c'e' il porto e l' aeroporto . la casa e' adata a persone amanti del mare ma anche a ragazzi che amano il divertimento e i locali notturni .
La casa è sui due livelli , zona giorno al piano terra e la zona notte al piano superiore. CODICE IUN Q6241
