Located at Lance aux Epines and less than 10 minutes drive from Maurice Bishop International airport, we'll pick you up and give you a welcome drink when you arrive at your Villa.

Spacious and relaxingThis brand new 5 bedroom contemporary Villa is a spacious property which measures 5,600 sq ft and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lift accessing 4 floors and a large roof terrace, with a Jacuzzi spa pool overlooking the bay. What better way to soak up the Caribbean sunshine!

Olympic Length Infinity PoolOn the ground floor there's a surprisingly grand hallway, a powder room, a fully fitted and equipped Miele kitchen, a laundry room and a walk in chilled room. There's a large reception room which then takes you to the doors that open out onto the terrace and the pool lawn. This infinity edge pool is Olympic length giving views over and across the bay.

Dine in LuxuryThe first floor consists of a large mezzanine dining room with glass floor. Panoramic ocean views can be seen from here, it's truly an idyllic place to dine.

Ideal LocationWindward is located at Prickly Bay which used to be the old boatyard in Lance aux Epines and is less than 10 minutes drive from Maurice Bishop International airport. The villa faces south west and enjoys panoramic views over Prickly Bay and out to the Caribbean Sea on the south west coast of the island.

Rooms to Suit AllTwo double bedrooms on the first floor have en-suites. One contains an en suite shower and the other, an en suite bath and shower room with a bed that can be split into two singles if required. Both bedrooms have 6ft queen size beds, mirrored wardrobes and doors which open out onto a balcony.

The second floor has the spacious master bedroom with two 2 seater sofas and an en suite bath and shower room. It has It's own balcony offering magnificent views out across the bay. Two more bedrooms on this floor are identical in size to those on the floor below.
