STRUCTURE The Holiday '' Sa Domu '', has eight apartments, all spacious and well furnished. Each apartment is composed of kitchen / living room, two bedrooms (4/5 beds), one or two bathrooms (depending on the apartment) and a terrace (of variable size depending on the apartment). LOCATION Surrounded by a forest of eucalyptus, the property is located a few hundred meters from Porto Frailis beautiful beach and the enchanting Cala Moresca, as well as from the charming square Red Rocks. Also, can easily reach the center of Tortolì that other beaches in the area such as the coast of Orri and Cea, the Shed, S. Gemiliano Basaura. AREA Arbatax (municipality of Tortolì), location of the beautiful province of Ogliastra, is located in the central coast of Sardinia ortientale 180 km from Olbia and 140 km from Cagliari. Our little Province boasts not only beautiful coastline, but also a wonderful mountainous interior with rough and wild landscapes, for the holidays not only the sun and relaxation, but also adventure. The city, therefore, is a strategic starting point for coastal cruising and / or inland. Through our reception, in fact, you can also book excursions by boat or raft, horseback, quad, with 4x4, with the "Green Train", or any activities such as free climbing.

Response from the owner Con Simone purtroppo ci sono stati problemi sin dal primo giorno. A partire dalla prenotazione (Simone aveva prenotato per due adulti e un bambino, ma si è presentato senza premurarsi di avvisarci, anche solo 24 ore prima, di essere in realtà 3 adulti e un ragazzo), per proseguire con l'appartamento che Simone immaginava più grande. La nostra struttura in buona fede si era premurata di assegnare a Simone un appartamento di 80 mq per 3 persone e non per 4 e, soprattutto, un appartamento che fosse lo stesso per l'intera vacanza senza cambi dall'alloggio in corso, come previsto inizialmente da accordi tra le parti. Inoltre per venire incontro alle lamentele iniziali di Simone (per l'appartamento avente un terrazzo piccolo) la nostra struttura ha messo a disposizione della sua famiglia l'uso esclusivo del giardino adiacente all'appartamento e il garage per l'appoggio del gommone. Questo per dimostrare la nostra disponibilità e cercare di rendere il più confortevole possibile la vacanza dei nostri ospiti. Nonostante ciò Simone ha deciso di lasciare la nostra struttura con 3 giorni d'anticipo ritardando la decisione per giorni. Al momento della partenza ha preteso il rimborso totale dei giorni in cui non sarebbe più stato nella nostra struttura, cosi come (cito testualmente) "gli era stato concesso lo scorso anno in un'altra struttura". A dimostrazione di un comportamento recidivo da questo punto di vista. Il sottoscritto era disposto a rimborsare il 70% del totale nonostante la fatturazione fosse già avvenuta da 10 giorni pur rimettendoci a livello fiscale. Soluzione non gradita da simone che alla fine è andato via indispettito lasciando tra l'altro un piccolo buco economico che avrebbe dovuto pagare al momento della partenza. Partenza avvenuta in maniera furtiva e maleducata.
