Large enough for 14 but a great value for small groups too
L’alize, vacation rental has provided spacious vacation accommodations to discerning guests for more than 6 years. The owners have carefully designed, renovated and furnished the home keeping in mind the details guests would want to find in their ideal vacation destination. From a fantastic private pool overlooking the Caribbean, to a carefully designed path to a private cove beach with loungers. Guests can expect to find a well-stocked kitchen with potable water from the faucet, as well as extra bottled water with a cooling dispenser in two locations. A support kitchen waits ready for outdoor cooking. Abundant linens and towels are available in the comfortable bathrooms that have plenty of water pressure. Teen tested, internet speed, with 4 routers, we have made it a priority to provide some of the best internet available on the island. Each area is evaluated and re-evaluated to ensure the best experience for our guest. For large or small gatherings, it our hope that the home will meet and exceed guest expectations. Our ultimate goal is that our guests return to L’Alizé for a repeat of a great time. Big enough for large groups yet still a favorite of small families or couples looking for the ultimate peaceful getaway. To that end, the rates (link to rates) for small gatherings (4 or less) are a great value. And our rates for large groups are the best we have yet seen on Roatan.
The home has seating for pool side, or beach, seating for 10 around the dining table and seating for 10 in the outdoor Galera lounge. There are plenty of extra chairs.

The unspoiled beauty of jungle flora and fauna greet you each day as you look over the iron shore. Surprisingly you are only a mile from the most desirable tourist beaches on the island, West Bay Beach. West Bay Beach, rated one of the top beaches in the world, is only minutes away and plays host to great restaurants and exciting beach activities. Yet at the end of your fun filled day, you will look forward to the tranquility and peaceful location of L'Alize where, as evening sets in, the jungle tree-frog chorus will raise their voice in symphony.

We understand the importance of investing in your friends and family while on your vacation. After all, if we plan a vacation with family or friends we hope to strengthen our ties with the people we love. We get this. L'Alize has carefully acquired the amenities that facilitate a fun vacation for people of all ages. Try out the Kayaks stored at the private beach. Brush up on your ping-pong skills in the outdoor kitchen. Bring Big Blue, outside to play your favorite tunes by the pool, or while playing ping-pong, or just settle into a comfortable lounger with a good book. If you choose to go your separate ways by day, you can always connect again at the end of the day. Watch your favorite movies in the quiet of the evening or share videos of your day, on one of two Apple TVs. With two Apple TVs, kids can watch their favorite shows too.
You may get the feeling you are the only ones there.
L’Alizé is located on 0.5 acre, with pristine jungle abutting the Caribbean. The home is a destination in itself with its stunning location and multiple porches from which to take in the most amazing display of beauty. Since most people like the extra space, we have built multiple areas in which to hang out. l'Alizé has 3 lounge areas, 2+ kitchens and lots of outdoor spaces. If you are drawn to our stunning peaceful location, plan a meal at home, barbecue in the galera or just visit by the gently lighted pool. But if you want adventure and beach activity, explore West Bay Beach, or plan an excursion or diving event.. With all the jungle, you would expect this rental location home to be in a remote part of the island but no, we are located in the heart of the island's most sought-after spots. So while enjoying the private pool overlooking the cove and iron shore or the personal keyhole beach, fitted with beach loungers, a hammock and Kayaks, remember you are still minutes from bustling fun filled beaches of West Bay Beach and colorful West End is only 3 miles to our east. At L’Alizé adventure is close by.

Though only a mile from West Bay Beach, it is hilly which makes walking there a little challenge. The good side is that you don't have the tourist crowds, and we offer a car for our guests to use.
