Step into the designer setting in Bali Upscale area where French flair mix with modern style will take you to an unique experience staying in the newly renovated vacation rental.

The 1 air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with Antique Lumbung bed (simply amazing) with en-suite shower bathroom to take comfort in. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are completed with refined taste and high quality decor with french-doors that can be open/close directly to pool and private garden.

There is also a roofed patio besides the pool, completely separated from the main building with a long table and chairs. You can also find available on the villa a High Speed WiFi and A flat screen TV complete with DVD library and cable channel.

This villa is situated at the very beginning of Umalas, the location is great and close to everything. Only 1.5 km to Seminyak center, 500m to Petitenget area ang Batu Beliq, the closest beach, is at 1km. A daily maid service in the morning is available to help you prepare for breakfast on request for just the cost of groceries. A complimentary use of mineral water throughout your stay is also available and a possibility of laundry. We can arrange any kind of motorcycle or car rental, baby sitter, spa on call, shopping of groceries on pre-arrival also a possibility of airport pick-up. A local mobile phone will be provided for free so you can even order from nearby restaurants using the menus available in the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
