The word, “Liang”, means in Balinese, “happy” and in Mandarin, “bright”; both of which reflect the ambience of this charming Villa. It is our hope that after your stay at Villa Liang you will leave feeling happy, bright and relaxed; relieved from the stresses of everyday life.

This property is located in Batu Belig, home to numerous boutiques, spas and famous restaurants and cafés such as Naughty Nuri’s, La Finca and Watercress. Just when you thought it could not get better…it is only a five (5) minute walk from the beach!

Villa Liang is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled against a lush tropical forest and offers you a tranquil retreat within close proximity to the vibrant area of Seminyak and its multiple options for shopping, leisure and fine dining. The Villa is decorated with antique wood and bamboo accents; combining a modern style with traditional Balinese influences throughout. Whether you are a family or group of friends, this is the perfect holiday destination.

There are three spacious bedrooms; one upstairs and two downstairs. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, safety deposit box and air conditioning and overlook the pool and large garden. A fully operational kitchen and a large, open plan living space complete the layout of this fine Villa.

Villa Liang has been carefully selected by PT. Nagisa Bali to provide you with the highest degree of comfort and convenience during your stay in Bali. This spacious property with its lush, tropical garden, large swimming pool and living areas is the perfect place to get away and spend time with family and friends.

Villa Description

As you approach Villa Liang, you are greeted by a beautifully carved traditional Balinese wooden door, which sets the tone perfectly. You enter into the spacious foyer area and have the large, open kitchen on your left. The kitchen includes an island (which can be used as a breakfast bar), coffee maker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, microwave and water dispenser as well as plenty of storage space.

The living room is set a few steps lower than the kitchen, with two large sofas and a traditional lazy chair in addition to a beautiful Yin Yang fountain water feature. As part of the open plan design, it also includes a large dining room table which comfortably seats eight; all overlooking the pool and deck area.

The swimming pool, surrounded by a colourful garden with a beautiful array of tropical trees, ferns and fragrant flowers, is 12 x 5m with sun loungers and a king size covered day bed, making this the perfect setting to spend time relaxing or playing with family and friends.

Upon entering the first downstairs bedroom, immediately your eyes are drawn to a striking Gebyok, a beautiful hand carved wooden door, allowing sunlight and fresh air into the room and for a stunning view of the small, traditional temple located next door. It comprises a queen size bed, wardrobe, two nightstands, two reading lamps and a spacious en suite with a bath tub, separate rainfall shower, large sink and plenty of storage space for toiletries.

The second downstairs bedroom is of similar layout and furnishing and overlooks the garden and living area. It has a beautiful carved full length mirror featured in the en suite bathroom and also, a rainfall shower.

As you ascend an open staircase you will encounter a balcony affording a stunning view of Villa Liang’s garden and further into the forest beyond. With a desk and canopied honeymoon lounge, there are ample opportunities to sit, relax and drink in the tranquillity. It is here you will find the third bedroom, with a beautiful antique wooden king size bed frame and stunning antique windows. It also includes a large wardrobe, flat screen TV and DVD player and an en suite bathroom with rainfall shower, large sink and plenty of storage space.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
