Available year-round, this 4-bedroom condo that sleeps eight is located midway between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, in the rolling hills of the Little Traverse Bay Golf Club and Restaurant.

It's a short stroll to the heated pool, lighted tennis courts and on-site play area for children. Within fifteen minutes from the front door, you can be on the magnificent beach at Petoskey State Park, skiing at Nubs-Nob or Boyne Highlands, golfing at several of Michigan's prime golf courses, or experiencing many of the areas wide-range of dining and shopping opportunities in the waterfront districts of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. It's 40 minutes to the Mackinac Island Ferries and a short drive to the casino in Petoskey. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with Cable TV/VCR, microwave, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and laundry facilities.

How do damage deposits work?
