Description

Villa Dundar is a large imposing house. This villa is split into 3 apartments and can be let as individual apartments. The garden, pool and barbecue area are extensive enough for any number of people and the surrounding area has stunning views of mountains and crystal clear sea of Mediterranean. The villa is less than 10 minutes walk to the biggest beach of Kas.

If you want to see panoromic sea view instead of other villa's roofs you are always welcome to Villa Dundar

Second floor apartment sleep up to 6 people at its 3 bedrooms.The bedrooms are all air conditioned and has several balconies leading from them where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views.

Located at the big pebble beach area with its breath taking views over the mediterranean sea.

The villa is cleaned weekly. Towels are replenished twice a week.

The pool and garden are maintained on a daily basis. The pool is operational May - October.

A cot and high chair are available.

A complimentary welcome hamper including a bottle of wine is included in the rental tariff.

Our caretaker offers a superb BBQ dinner for Villa Aphrodite guests, priced at £10-15 per head.

Second floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms(1 double, 2 twin) has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and large fridge freezer, living room with satelite TV and there are 2 WC & Shower.
And it also has very large balcony with sea view.

We dont only let the apartment we also rent the sea view.

Three generations stayed 6 nights on second floor. Three bedrooms, with two twins and one double, also living room futon; two spacious baths. Very clean and all appliances and air conditioning worked… More
