Located in a building of the late 1940s in the midst of Avenidas Novas neighborhood a new hospitality project is born. We have in the same building the property number 7118777.

The apartments Flattered to be in Lisbon retain all the charm of the era embodied in the original plasterwork, in characteristic footers and wooden floors. By the hand of the architect José Carlos Cruz the eclectic mix of these architectural elements with vintage furniture pieces and some classics of contemporary design give the decor a touch of sobriety and refinement.

It is in this contemporary environment that the Flattered Art Collection pontificates as a structural element of the project.

The Collection consists of works by Young Portuguese Artists with a strong presence of work in the field of Illustration and Urban Art.

With an enviable central location, one step from Roma Avenue and Guerra Junqueiro Avenue, commercial arteries par excellence, and 1 minute from metro station Alameda, where the 3 main lines of the Lisbon Metro converge, guests can enjoy the quiet and calm of a typical residential neighborhood. The charm of the historic cafes and terraces, the picturesque grocery stores, the small shops. Life as it is in a Lisbon neighborhood.
