Description
Located in a breezy West Indies style structure conveniently located in St Croix's beautiful East end, this Caribbean apartment is nevertheless tucked away just off the beach in a secure, private area, adjoining a designated Wilderness beach area. Green Cay National Wildlife Preserve is only 2 Km away. Sea breezes caress this charming 1 BR condominium, with Caribbean style decorating in kitchen, bath and living areas. A full sized lighted pool that is one of the nicest on the island is located just outside and is surrounded with bougainvillea and hibiscus.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from Christiansted. The beach is walking distance (easy stroll) from the condo.
All appliances are included, front loading high efficiency washer and dryer, great for all those beach towels! Central A/C (as well as beautiful tropical ceiling fans), brand new stove, fridge, microwave, TV, etc.. New WiFi service started 8/1/15 gives better reliability. Fully furnished , towels and linens included. Fenced grounds, with a controlled gate, plenty of off road parking. We were very lucky that hurricane Irma did so little damage compared to our neighbors to the north. Maria came and we kept our roof intact. No damage to the inside.
