Large provencal style villa, fully refurbished.

Large terrace with swimming pool, jacuzzi outside kitchen and bbq.

Quiet, very nice open sea view.

Separate very well equipped kitchen.

Living room, dining room. Internet.

1 bedroom with one king size bed

and en suite bathroom with balneo and toilet,

1 bedroom with electric twin beds (or double bed)

and en suite bathroom with shower.

On second level, one bedroom with electric twin beds (or double bed)

and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

On guest toilet.

Internet - Air Conditioning.

(The discreet owner occupies the lower ground floor of the house. He shares the driveway, but has a separate entrance. The pool & jacuzzi and pool terrace are exclusively for the clients' use. The owner works during the day, so unless his help or advice are required his presence should be unnoticeable.)

“Great location and fantastic terrace with great views”

This property is actually the top 2 floors of a house and the owner lives on the floor below. Don't let this put you off though, as you would never know that there is anybody there and all of the outside living space is upstairs and not overlooked by anybody. The terrace is huge and the views are excellent. There is plenty of space to relax and the hot tub and pool are very clean and in great condition. Inside, the living area is very spacious and all furniture is of a good quality. There are 2 restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk and Mandelieu centre is about 15-20 minute walk. The coast is a 10 minute drive away. Cedric, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming too. I will definitely stay there again.

“Lovely house,fantastic views and a great location”

Very comfortable house in a quiet residential area and Cedric and his father were helpful and welcoming. The outdoor area is relaxing with plenty of sun beds and has shaded areas if needed. It has a spectacular panoramic view that includes Cannes airport - we enjoyed watching the mostly small planes in the distance. There is a boulangerie a few minutes walk away, a small supermarket and other shops slightly further on. We visited 2 restaurants that we could walk to in the evening as well. The beach beside the castle at Madelieu La Napoule is beautiful (about a 15 minute drive away) and Cannes is about 20 minutes drive the other way. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time.
