This is a privately owned studios, located in Point Village, which is nestled between Negril's seven mile white sand beach and spectacular Blood Bay.Point Village is breathtakingly diverse, so come and relax among two white sandy beaches ( Adult Beach & Family Beach) or explore and snorkel around the spectacular cliffs complete with innumerable grottos, and beautiful well kept grounds.This place is private, so only guests and owners are on this resort. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Swim in the fresh water pool, relax in , or spend the day in the unique and refreshing sea filled Rock Pools carved from the iron shore, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This Unit is good for a small family with 2 kids. The studio and the bed room provides queen bed and pull out foton sofa bed 3 piece washroom , iron & ironing board, air conditioning, bed linens, bath towels,TV, with dvd and a full kitchenettes, as well as spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens.The Rooms appts. has 24 hour security.Their are many restaurants, shopping and night life to see, so grab a taxi and go and mingle with the locals. Taxi's are always available outside the security gates, ready to take you where you want to go .we are located between the new Royalton and Hedonism Resorts ,.now is available Transfer from Montego Bay to this property. Internet service is provid if the signal from Digicel

have no issues with the service.

Now is a laundry line on the balcony for the guests to use in case of washing some light clothes .the balcony is covered with screen for more privacy and bugs protection . Any questions or concerns please feel free to contact by email . Note that the rates are seasonal and could change at any time. Free transportation once a week to grocery stores when use my transportation from/airport December to end of March. Now my housekeeper could cook any Cain of food you just order one day ahead. Also is one bedroom available in Los coraels Bavaro Punta Cana Republica Dominican.

House rules

Definitely not smoking inside of Unit. Please keep windows and doors closed when the air condition is on ,and for safety reasons please turned the air conditioning of every time you going out. Check in. $25 us dollars fee cash charge after 9 pm.
