Once inside, you'll find everything you need with 1,400 square feet of living space complete with a 20x14 private swimming pool and FREE WIFI!.

High walls outside allow for complete privacy even in the pool and deck area. So much more than a hotel room... Cook a meal in the kitchen, complete with a microwave, full-sized stove and fridge, and kitchen utensils. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you complete access to your private pool and deck, ideal for any time of day. Take in the view of the neighboring island of St. John and island foliage as you enjoy your morning breakfast pool side. When the sun sets, have a barbeque and enjoy a dinner under the stars. Decompress from your fun filled day with a relaxing shower in the fresh air garden shower. Getting around

Rental a car is suggested, although, not required. The property is located on the safari or local transportation route. For $2, you can take the safari into downtown Charlotte Amalie.

I don't live on island, however, I'll provide all the information you'll need to have an amazing stay including keyless entry to the villa. I also utilize a management company to provide assistance daily 8am-6pm.

“A Perfect Chioce.”

Great get-away destination. Cozy, private and surpasses expectations. Staff members have been sincerely interested in making our stay one to remember. You do not need to rent a car, since safari rides and taxis are readily available. Having our own pool is a definite plus. Recommended for couples, or could work for a family with 1-2 kids who love pools as well as the ocean. Beach is an easy walk near-by. Stores are a quick taxi away. Lastly, the food at the Lime Restaurant (on the property) is superb, and staff is awesome.

“Perfect vacation in St Thomas”

Spent end of January, beginning of February at Laverne's place in Pavilions and Pools. Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was great having your own pool just outside the door. The property was quiet and peaceful and We really enjoyed our stay here. The girls at the front desk, the maintenance people, everyone at the facility were extremely friendly and very responsive to any of our requests. Vicars, the on site restaurant was excellent. If you go there, order the steamed mussels appetizer. It was fabulous. Every morning there are bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee if you don't feel like making your own breakfast. We also used the grill to cook a few steaks during our stay. The only slight drawback was the walk to the beach, it was approximately 5 minutes long, but seemed worse if you are carrying beach chairs, towels, etc. However, once you get to the beach the walk was worth it. Sapphire Beach is a really nice beach, with changing and rest room facilities and a vendor (Banana Bar) that serves sandwiches, drinks etc. From the beach it's a short walk to the Marina where you can see the Tarpon & Barracudas swimming in the clear waters. Red hook was a great area for restaurants or a trip to St Johns and it's only a few minutes away. We did not have a car and didn't need one. The Safari taxis stop right in front of the hotel, and regular taxis are not that expensive and easy to find. Don't miss the fiddle player at Latitude 18 on the other side of the Red Hook Harbor.

“Perfect Vacation”

I recently stayed at the Villa in paradise with my boyfriend and another couple, the place is perfect. Amazing views of the water and scenery, and the staff was wonderful in helping plan our day and calling a taxi if we needed. The private pool was the best amenity, we used it everyday after the beach for happy hour and appextizers before we went out for the evening. The owner is very helpful and prompt, she took care of everything for us, and provided a taxi from the airport to the grocery store and to the villa when we arrived. We will definitely return to the Usvi in the future!

“Romantic revitalizing vacation”

My husband and I were celebrating the 40th anniversary of our first date. We were looking for a warm holiday in a private setting . We also love to snorkel and beautiful blue water. This villa exceeded our expectations. It was very private with its own pool. The beach next door was beautiful and the ability to use the grill on the deck was n added bonus on nights we wanted to eat in. The town of Redhook is very close and we took the dollar safari daily and met other travelers as well as friendly locals. The staff at the villas were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend the villa highly. Thank you Laverne for your lovely villa

“Villa in Paradise”

This really was a Villa in paradise! My wife and 9 year old son spent a week in the Villa and it was the perfect escape from the cold mid-atlantic weather. Laverne communicated with us the whole time leading up to our stay offering great advice on where to go and good places to eat. The Villa is spotless and well maintained. The staff are friendly and courteous and the bar restaurant, "Restaurant With a View" is great. We ate there several times and the food was always very good. The Villa is in a great location close to two great beaches, Sapphire and Lindquist, and also very close to the downtown Red Hook area. Red Hook has many good restaurants and shops and the Ferry to Saint John is located there as well. It was an easy ride from the airport even though you drive on the opposite side of the road. the island is quite small and everything seems to be no more than a twenty minute drive. We rented a car and explored much of the island which I would recommend. There is ample parking at the Villa and there are allot of great beaches. We went to a different beach each day including, Sapphire, Lindquist, Coki Point, Magens Bay, Trunk Bay, Cruz Bay, and Bilongo Bay. My son loves the water so we spent most of the time snorkeling and in the pool. Coki Point and Trunk Bay had the best snorkeling. We try to stay away from the resorts and explore and the Villa exceeded our expectations. We are already talking about another trip there. I highly recommend this Villa in paradise.
