Description

This bright and charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house rests outside downtown Oak Bluffs.

The house boasts 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, an open living room/kitchen combination, 2 decks and an outside eating area.

The first floor bedroom contains a full sized bed. A half bath with laundry is across the hall. Two bedrooms are upstairs along with a full size bath with tub. One bedroom consists of 2 twin beds, the other a queen size bed. All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with generous closet space and sleep 2 people.

The living room / kitchen combo is bright and airy. Living room has a TV and DVR for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen contains a full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave along with seating for 6. The room has a large slider out to an outdoor eating area with grill.

The house has been recently renovated with fresh paint throughout, new windows as well as many other updates. There is also free wifi.

The house is a 5 minute or less drive from downtown OB and 7 minutes from Vineyard Haven. It is convenient to everything yet tucked away for peace and quiet. There are 2 bus routes conveniently located around the corner for easy access into downtown OB and the airport. The house is located a short distance from Farm Neck Golf Course and Sailing Camp Park.

I enjoyed my time at this house. Comfortable, clean, it had everything you can possibly need. Alot outdoor seating, fire pit, hammock, grill.

Response from the owner We appreciate the feedback. Although we don’t allow pets, dogs have stayed on the property from time to time. While we’ve never had any issues with cleanliness, this particular renter’s concerns were addressed immediately. The house was cleaned only hours prior to this renter’s stay but unfortunately not to their liking. Extra steps have been taken in order to meet future guests' expectations. Our guests are our highest priority and we do our best to make sure their stay at our home is comfortable and carefree so they leave having a great experience.
