A beachfront Apartment with amazing sea views of 72 sq.m on 11th floor of Cha am Beach Club Condominium, Locate between Cha am and Hua Hin, Phetchaburi province, Thailand, 180 kilometers.Southwest or two hours drive from Bangkok .They are fully furnished with 1 Bedroom,big Living room, Kitchen with cooking facilities, Bathroom and big cozy sea-view balcony looking down on the beach. Air conditioning and hot water provided. Free Wifi in the room. Free maid service (once per week) and utilities.

Our apartment is absolute beach front , 24 story building,near The Regent Hotel and Veranda Hotel, offers many convenient facilities like the front office, laundry, Wi-Fi, 24 hr security, swimming pool, fitness, sauna, snooker room and beautiful garden. It is a perfect idea for couple or small family looking for superb holiday home with a calm relaxed and quiet atmosphere. There is a great beach and beautiful pool, you can walk on the beach and swim in the sea. There are quiet a nice place to walk or cycle around the area. Bicycles and motor cycles can be rented nearby.

There is barbecue seafood restaurant.overlooking the beach in the grounds of the Condo and many other bars and restaurants locally serving Thai and International food including fresh sea foods.

To be away from the buzzing city but not far away from town,it is only 15 kilometer or 15 minute to Hua Hin, the main town.

Getting around

Bicycles, motor bikes, and cars can be rented nearby. Taxis can be hired at Reception, or by haggling yourself with the taxis opposite the Veranda hotel approx. 100 meters from the entrance to the condo car park. The Veranda hotel also runs a shuttle bus service to and from Hua Hin, which can be used by non-residents, if there is space and a resident is travelling.

Interaction with guest

Reception can normally take care of any questions or needs you might have during your stay. They will agree with you which day of the week they will change bedding and towels and clean the room, and can also arrange additional laundry for a modest charge. Whether you like to sit on the beach or by the pool, in the lobby or on your balcony; the quiet location and sea breezes make this a wonderful place to relax. We might be biased, but the stretch of beach outside the condo is the best for miles. On the beach you can get an oil massage, cycling, horse-riding, and some days para-glide, windsurf, rent a jet ski, ride on a banana boat, or take a trip on a fishing boat. You can also get a day tour at the next door Veranda hotel.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mrs Y. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
