Villetta indipendente a 600 m dalla spiaggia di Cala Sinzias (Castiadas Sardegna). 60 mq, dispone di ampio soggiorno/cucina, due camere da letto, ampio bagno con doccia, ampio patio, giardino 350 mq ben curato con prato, terrazza coperta al piano superiore. servizi: doccia esterna, aria condizionata, forno elettrico + microonde, disponibili due bici, barbecue, tavolo esterno, due chaise longue.
La casa dispone di due camere: una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello con un terzo letto estraibile.
