This stunning, newly built home provides all the modern amenities needed for a private, relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Great Exuma. Visit Exuma in 2017/2018 - Absolutely no hurricane damage this season makes us your "go-to" island.

Choose 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms depening on your group size.

Base weekly rate is $4,800.00 USD for 2 bedrooms/4 adults.

3 bedroom weekly rate is $5,800.00 USD for 6 adults

4 bedroom weekly rate is $6,900.00 USD for 8 adults

Additional linen fees for use of futons in each bedroom.

At $6,900.00 USD per week, the cost per couple equates to $240.00 per night per bedroom suite based on a 4 couple occupancy minimum. There is room to sleep children in each of the 4 bedroom suites so it is perfect for families too. Plan a vacation in this large house to reconnect with friends or with family.

Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Great Exuma and only an 8 minute drive from the Georgetown International Airport. It is central to all activities on the island but still on a very private stretch of beach.

Many direct flights from Toronto (3hrs), Miami (1 hour), Atlanta ( 2 hrs) and Nassau (35min)serve this carefree, casual and quaint island.

Exuma provides a perfect balance of simplicity and amenities for families, executives, couples and friends wanting to escape the stresses of work and everyday life. If you love white sand, pristine waters, surfing, snorkeling, golfing, fishing, scuba diving, boating, fresh fish and friendly people...then you will fall in love with Great Exuma.

The new house offers a 1100 square foot Great Room with lounging, media and dining areas. There are four-500 square foot, King-size master suites with ensuites that include walk in showers, soaking tubs and private toileting areas . The gourmet kitchen offers solid surface counters, double refrigerators, dishwasher, induction cooktop and everything needed for preparing great meals. Nearby restaurants and in-house chef services are also available.

A 1000 square foot wrap around porch, overlooking the beach, provides outdoor living areas next to the sparkling, warm waters of Exuma. This is one of the best beaches in Exuma. No hotels or public beach access permitted along our beach. You are often the only people on the beach but it is central to all island amenities making this location the most convenient on all of Great Exuma.

Within eight minutes of leaving the airport you will be sipping a cool drink on the white sand beach beside the emerald waters of Tar Bay. The bay is protected by a reef a mile away and the sandy bottom and shallow waters are safe for kids. The crystal clear waters are ideal for snorkeling and on a calm day- kayaking is a must. The summer water temperature is 85 degrees.

A short 8 minute drive east you will find the charming and friendly town of Georgetown, capital of this island archipelago of 3800 permanent residents. You will find everything you need for meal and drink preparation, satisfy your urge to shop at the straw market and boutiques and visit interesting historic sites. Order up some fresh Lobster, Grouper, Tuna or Mahi Mahi from the local fisherman and they will deliver it to the house.

This is a low key, laid back island with none of the hustle and bustle of tourist destinations- perfect for a relaxing vacation - Don't expect casinos, fast food restaurants and designer shopping here. The Exumas will offer a vacation where you reconnect with yourself and your family and friends.

Rent a boat, or hire an experienced captain from Minn's boat rentals to explore the clear, calm waters of Elizabeth Harbour. Don't forget to see the crustaceans at Starfish Beach and visit Sand Dollar beach to hunt for these treasures. A freshly made conch salad and cold Kalik beer at or Big D's or Chat and Chill on Stocking Island is a necessity for this boat trip. If boat rental is not an option for you then a water taxi will get you to Stocking island where you can partake in the fun with other sailors, visitors and locals. Have fun with a game of beach volleyball on the sand court , sip an icy Bahama Mama cocktail on a beach chair or feed the domesticated stingrays that hang out looking for food and a stroke on the back.

The love of water is probably the greatest attraction to Exuma. Here you can take your pick of Scubadiving (Dive Exuma), Parasurfing, snorkelling and even surfing on the ocean side of Stocking Island.

Bone-fishing enthusiasts know that Exuma is top-ranked for this sport. There are many charter companies available for hire.

Exuma is like home. Friendly, relaxing and inviting.

Response from the owner Dear Michael - so happy you enjoyed yourself with your family. Yes some of the foods are more expensive due to the fact that they are floated in by boat to the island. Next time you visit you should try Island Meats and Deli near Georgetown. Ron always has good fresh meat from the US and local fish and is a pleasure to chat with. Check with Sugar (sugar adventures) as he often has fresh caught (or frozen) lobster which he free-dives for. Its the nice cheeses that we typically bring from Canada...in our luggage in a soft cooler, together with some frozen steaks as they keep everything cold. After 8 hours of travel the steaks are still frozen.

How do damage deposits work?

If Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
