N° 4 FIRST FLOOR APPARTMENTS
Spacious and modernly furnished, the 4 apartments at first floor (GREEN - LILLE - HAZELNUT - WHITE) are composed of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living area with sofa bed and kitchen, balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchens are equipped with fridge, oven, complete set of dishes, coffee maker and "moka".
The apartments are located on the first floor of Helianthus, and from the living area you can access the balcony overlooking the lake.
Completing the equipment of the appartment the bed linen and towels, AIR CONDITIONING, INTERNET WI-FI, SATELLITE LED TV 26 " and SAFE-BOX.
One COVERED PARKING PLACE in the basement and directly achievable with the lift is available to guests.
The Helianthus apartments, which was completed in August 2012, has been specifically designed for comfortable holidays for families or couples wishing to visit the area of Lake Maggiore.
In addition, your vacation spent in Helianthus Residence, will respect the environment. Thanks to the energy class A of the apartments, the Photovoltaic system and the system of heating and air conditioning that uses the heat exchange air-water, the impact on the environment will be really low.
Hellianthus just like a flower, uses the energy of sun and of water to preserve the environment around us, good that we consider precious and irreplaceable.
