Sea side, sand Beach, and swimming pool in the park, no car needed!

Perfect calm and walking distance to La Croisette (10min walking on the sea side).

During winter, long term rental (3 month minimum) at prefered price. October to May.

The apartment is a nice 463 p² two-rooms flat with private terrace in the park.

Completely renewed with modern decoration. Equipped kitchen with washing machines (laundry and dishwasher), nice bathroom with marble and travertine. One bedroom with huge wardrobe and excellent double bed (160cm). Air-conditioning and Wifi access. A tiny private garden for your lunch and sunbath, and the beach just besides the entrance of the shared palmtrees garden!

All commodities at walking distance, Suquet area with its typical restaurants, and Old Harbour with regular departures to the islands at only 5 min walking, supermarket and a good bakery. Enjoy perfect holidays!

Response from the owner Chère Madame, Je vous remercie pour vos commentaires. Le four micro-onde est en fait un combi-four, qui fait à la fois four et micro-onde. J'essaie d'avoir tous les ustensiles nécessaires, mais j'ai certainement dû en oublier et je serai heureuse de le faire si l'on m'indique quoi exactement. Je reste toujours à la disposition de mes hôtes pour compléter si nécessaire. Grâce à vos commentaires nous avons acheté une table et des chaises de jardin. Par ailleurs, nous avons souhaité conserver l'intimité des vacanciers, en mettant une haie qui sépare votre petit jardin privé de la palmeraie. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous revoir parmi nous une autre année.
