L 'apartment is composed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, living room, separate entrance.
( parking at 5 minutes walking - rate from euro 10 to 12 for 24 hours).
It is located in a small courtyard all 'inside of a story arc on the Via San Rufino, one of the ancient routes leading to the Assisi Basilica of San Rufino, in an old building, adjacent to the Town Hall Square.
Ideal for those who want to be free and independent of its central location in the heart of Assisi, allows you to visit and walk to all major attractions of the city such as the Town Hall Square, the Temple of Minerva, the Basilica of St. Francis, Church of Santa Chiara, the course pricipale.
Restaurants, wine bars and restaurants close at hand.
In the apartment are paintings of modern art some of which are made by the owner.

Además de la ubicación envidiable, un "otro de nuestros puntos fuertes y 'limpieza nos importa mucho y esto se demuestra por los otros comentarios de personas que se alojaron aquí. En cuanto al check - in, y "siempre un placer para enviar a los invitados antes de la 'llegada de un correo electrónico detallado con toda la información para llegar a donde le pedimos a la" hora de llegada y si la' llegada y 'prevista en tren o en coche .
