Description

Farmhouse located amongst the green hills of the province of Livorno, on the edge of an oak and pine tree woodland, 12 km from the sea, divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, totally independent and connected only externally. The apartments have been completely refurbished keeping the characteristics of the houses of long ago and they enjoy peace and quiet. On the large natural lawn there is the swimming pool, in a sunny position (4x9, 1.50 deep)(01/05 – 30/09) with garden accessories and table-tennis shared between the two apartments. The huge outdoor spaces make the house particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends who want to have a holiday surrounded by nature, in full freedom.

The apartments have central heating and mosquito screens at the windows. The guests share a laundry room (washing machine). To be requested when booking and to be paid for on location is the maid service. Car park on the property.

PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. The house is about 100 metres from “Casa Leccino”.
