Welcome to Villa Agni

For us, the beautiful island of Bali is about nourishing the spirit, the body and the soul. And it is our goal that your stay at Villa Agni will provide you both a nourishing and relaxing experience. The perfectly blended concept of our indoor and outdoor lifestyle.

The villa is designed to sit around the 7mx3m pool and the stunning tropical garden. The thoughtful layout of the villa ensure the pool receives direct sunlight throughout the day until about 5pm. The main pavilion contains two bedrooms with the living area between them. The third bedroom is on the other side of the sparkling pool ensuring all rooms have a soft and calming aspect onto the green and blue of the garden.

Each bedroom has custom made king size beds with 180x200cm mattresses and lovely draped mosquito netting. Each room comes with a secured deposit box if you need to store valuables.

The open plan living area also has custom made, luxurious furnishings, the garden has comfortable sun lounges, and the kitchen and dining area is equipped with cooking and dining utensils if you want to entertain at home. We have a large LCD TV with cable TV, a DVD player and Bose sound system with auxiliary connection. We provide fibre optic wifi and we have a wide selection of DVDs if you want a quiet night in.

Our villa's staff will be on hand to assist you - and will provide you with fresh beach towels and ensure your rooms are well made up, tidied and cleaned. We do not offer breakfast. However, there are many fantastic restaurant and cafes nearby that have fabulous fresh creations. We do have coffee and tea, fresh water available - including a Nespresso (but you will have to bring your own pods - they aren't available in Indonesia)

The villa will be your private getaway - no one else will stay while you are here. The villa staff will come each morning at whatever time you want them to prepare and service the rooms. We have also installed CCTV for security - although as we are down a cul de sac lane, there is no through traffic. The villa next door has 24 hour security guard as well.

Getting around

You can easily walk to most places in the neighbourhood - Seminyak Square, the famous Mamasan restaurant and the beach is so close, famous La Favela restaurant just less than 3 minutes walk. However, there are many bluebird taxis available at the end of the lane on Kayu Aya. If you need car and driver, we can make a recommendation for the ones we use when we are in town.

Interaction with guest

While we are not based in Bali, we do provide a cell phone with an Indonesian sim card for you to contact us or the villa staff should you need anything (we just ask you to top up the balance of the phone if you think it's necessary!). You can use the phone to book restaurants, plan trips etc - anything you may need. But please, do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything at all through flipkey, email or whatsapp

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonius (the owner) a message.

If Antonius (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
