The condo 100 sqr meter has two bedrooms, one big double bed in the big bed room, two single bed in another bed room. The condo normally is for 4 persons family. But we can also accept family up to 6 persons by adding two rolling beds.

In the kitchen, there are all kitchen ware, you can cook at home. In laundry, there are wash machine.

We provide bedding articles, as well as towels.

The condo is with elevator.

Near the condo, in walking distance, there are supermarket like carrefour, and 7-11 store, many restaurants also.

The condo locates in center of beijing city. It is near forbidden city and temple of heaven, also silk street and pearl market.

The apartment owner and this apt have over 6 years experiences to provide services to guests from over 20 western countries and other countries(US, GB, CA, DE, SP, FR, Po, Ru, Tu, Nz, AUS, Austria, S Africa, Belgium, Ireland, Israel, Philippines, Malaysia, Mongolia, Holland, Chile, Syria, Singapore, Indonesia, Czech, India, Sweden etc. ) since year 2008.

Beijing Subway line 7 opened 2014 dec. The current nearest station is line7 Guangqumennei station, 5 mins walking distance to the apartment.

Response from the owner Thanks for this review. As Beijing is growing fast, the city is expanding to a large area. There could be many immature communities. But this apartment locates in a mature area. Thousands of beijingers and international people live here. On the other hand, due to the taxi company can not offer a normal working condition to taxi driver, more and more drivers quit. Some of the new drivers come from other place than beijing filled in the vacancy. The side effect is they don't know the famous place in beijing city.Sometime they need even GPS to drive.
