Patong Hill Estate 8 bedroom villa is a luxury sea view private pool villa, located within 1 minutes drive to the best beaches, Patong Beach and 5 minutes drive to Karon Beach. The villa includes 8 large bedrooms, all en suite, each with their own balcony, modern tv, and high speed internet.
Services include daily cleaning service, linens and towels changed every 3 days, welcome package and welcome drinks, toiletries and hairdryer in every room, safe deposit box and security, high speed internet and satellite tv channels.
The 7 bedroom luxury villa in Patong Phuket sleeps up to 16 adults + kids and up to 2 more adults using sofa bed can be accommodated at additional cost upon request.
A private swimming pool with wraparound sun deck and ample sun chairs, a billiard room, cinema room with comfortable sofas, an kitchenette with sofa bed , all bedrooms with private en suite bathroom, indoor dining for up to 16 people, outdoor dining for 8-10 in a covered Sala by the pool.
Car hire with or without driver or motorbike rentals delivered to the villa can be arranged by management before or during your stay. Additional services are available upon request.
The staff will offer concierge services, light babysitting upon request, tour bookings and restaurant reservations, and transport.
Electricity consumption is at guest expense, charged at 6 baht per unit. The cost will be reasonable.
