Description

A very comfortable & homely place to stay in Delhi, in a gated community with gardens, open spaces, swimming pool, badminton court & table tennis. One very spacious double bedroom with attached bath, with continental / Indian breakfast included (cooked to your liking). A sun kissed apartment with three sides open. The apartment has a large living room and a kitchen which the guests can use, on request.

Perfect for those looking for a homely stay in the heart of Delhi. Accomodation highly recommended for those looking for getting to know and be hosted by an Indian family - to get a taste of Indian hospitality and culture.

About the hosts - The B&B is run by Mrs Veena Bammi, a B.Sc, B.ED, from Delhi University, who taught in the most prestigious public school of Delhi, Junior Modern School at Humayun Road in the 1970’s. She was running her own play school for the last 16 years in her own premises, with 30 - 35 children, aged 2 -4 yrs. Married to a very senior first class gazetted Govt officer (now retd). Members of the oldest club of Delhi - Roshanara Club since 1965. Avid tennis players & swimmers. Widely travelled abroad. They are both gracious hosts and love intereacting with people.

Great connectivity from the airport, railway station & inter- state bus stop. It overlooks one of the oldest & picturesque park (Qudsia Garden), historical places like Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Rajghat & Delhi University are in close vicinity. Most popular shopping center Cannaught Place is easily reachable by metro.

Each guest will be given personalised attention by us - we are happy to spend time with our guests and help them with any of their requirements. We promise you a memorable holiday!

PS: The property is registered with the Delhi Tourism Development Corporation under the Bed & Breakfast Scheme from February 2014 to February 2017.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Veena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
