Excellent hotel-like amenities with a taste of Historical/Colonial Cuernavaca, City of Eternal Spring, shares tropical gardens and a beautiful heated pool in a gated,centrally located community of eight Vintage Mexican Villas of Villas Bellavista.

Villa Escondida has a beautiful tile bathroom, handpainted tile kitchen that opens to the living room and dining area with numerous

skylights, arched windows, fireplace and French doors that open onto the balcony that overlooks lush gardens.

Folk art and Mexican textiles decorate this fully furnished villa which comes complete with linens & towels for the bed and bath.

There is a King size bed with duvet cover and an ample closet. Amenities include Free Wi-fi, cell phone, Smart T.V. (Netflix) garage, full-time staff, daily cleaning for daily tariffs and weekly cleaning for weekly and monthly rentals. Rates based on 2 guests with extra guest charges of $20 USD up to 3 guests. Rates do not include taxes,cleaning or booking fees. Long term guests please ask about additional discount.

Villas Bellavista is a 3rd generation family business and is legally registered with the Morelos Tourism Department and the Federal Tax Authorities (SAT), which is required for any and all establishments offering any type of hospitality services. According to the Federal and State Tourism and Tax laws, a Federal 16% tax and a 3.75% State tax is required on all rentals in order for the rental contracts to be legally binding. Only with registered establishments are guests fully protected by State and Federal laws which regulate and oversee hospitality establishments.
