Description

This is a two-story-villa where we rent out the whole first floor.

The house is located 10 minutes (4 miles) from the beautiful Negril beach in a quiet and relaxing site.

Your own floor, which is totally separated from the upstairs floor, has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

We have now added two more bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms which also are available for rent. These are on the bottom floor of the villa as well but separated from the ‘original’ area. The new space has its own entrances and you cannot move between the two units unless you walk outside.

For the original area – the two bedrooms incude AC. Hot and cold water is available in the shower and kitchen.

Inside the place there is a washing machine for our guests.

The floor has a veranda with chairs and tables. For the best view we also offer our rooftop with a gazebo and a truly stunning view of Sheffield and Negril.

The new area includes the two new bedrooms, fully stocked kitchens and two full bathrooms. Currently we do not have AC in this space. This new space does not have AC at this time. We rent out the original area primarily but the new space can be added for group of guests larger than 4.

If you would be interested in doing some bicycling while at the house we have two large high quality bikes available at a reasonable and small cost. We have one road bike and one hybrid bike.

Biking to Negril is fast and safe as the road to and from Negril has a wide shoulder for pedestrians and bikers. We can also help with mapping out exciting routes on roads less travelled and without many cars - this is most definitely one of the best ways of exploring the island if you ask us. And we can hook you up with Sav cycling club for longer and more serious rides - those guys ride almost every day and do anything from 30 miles and upwards.

Finally, if able to, you are welcome to stop by our bar which is located in the center of Sheffield, just next to the main road. Your first drink at Paradise Corner Bar is on us!

If you don't arrive with your own car we can help you with all information in regards to private transportations, tour guides and local taxis.

We can arrange maid service and meals to be prepared for our guests at reasonable prices. Please ask about this option when booking if you are interested in some real Jamaican home cooking.
