Brand new 3-bedroom luxury villa with views of rice fields, volcanos & amazing sunsets. This modern/minimalist villa is only 1,5 km from central Ubud & is fully furnished with experienced, welcoming staff.

It offers 5-star amenities with high-quality construction & furnishings. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning & fan, spacious queen-size beds (latex mattresses) & attached bathrooms. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with Imported oven & microwave. TV area has a 3D flat screen with cable connection & DVD players. Living area is equipped with a stereo system adaptable for iPad & iPhones. Also includes free fiber optic WIFI & unlimited drinking water (cold & hot). Sheets, bath towels & pool towels are changed regularly.

All the living areas can be closed and locked from inside. We also employ night security staff on our premises.

Lili, our lovely female cat, will enjoy some cuddles while preserving the house from small intruders. (If you have an allergy or objection to cats, we can put Lili into kennel during your stay.)

We can assist you with airport pick up & driver, if needed (at your own cost). Motorbike & bicycles as well as babysitting & in-home cooking can also be arranged, at additional cost

If Romang (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
