This loft has 3 different areas in one space, all with original parquet floor: living-room, kitchen and dining-room, and bedroom. The bathroom has bathtub with shower, crystal screen, toilet, bidet, mirror and vanitory. All the place is very luminous because of the 4 large windows. It is also very calm and quiet.
2. Reasons to choose this loft:
It is placed at a beautiful historical french styled building from early XX century, fully restored keeping the splendor of the original architecture. This building has comforts for use of the guests, that other buildings do not have.
a) The lobby, a large and comfortable living -from you can look up and see every floor up to the huge skylight- where the guests can receive to somebody, can read, or simply rest in the sofas.
b) The terrace, with barbecue grill (subject to availability). On the terrace you can see the wonderful dome up close!
It is fully furnished, equipped and decorated with great taste and excellent quality. It includes microwave, electric oven, 4 stoves, safety box, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, crockery and cutlery for 4 people, 32'' LCD TV, audio player, hair dryer, air conditioner, heater, hot water, phone with own number and local calls for free, and wi-fi and LAN internet connection. Sheets, blankets and towels will be provided.
The loft is located at a nice pedestrian street. It is close to everywhere, in the heart of Buenos Aires. Subways, buses and trains converge over there. And you can go by foot to every theatres and movie theatres including the famous Colon Theatre (it's just 2 blocks away!) In this area you will find lots of restaurants, bars, malls, markets, churches, museums, banks, art galleries, hotels and anything you wish to find!
5. Parking Lot:
Parking lot is available next door of the building (not included). Other 3 parking lots are around the corner, with lower rates.
6. Near the Loft:
A few minutes away you will find buildings and monuments from the very first Argentinean years such us the Cabildo, the Piramide de Mayo, the Manzana de las luces and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Only just one block away is the 9 de Julio avenue (the widest in the world) and the Obelisco. 8 blocks away you will find Puerto Madero, the newest and finest district of Buenos Aires, built over the old harbor's docks by Rio de la Plata river (the widest in the world). In Puerto Madero are over 100 restaurants that offers a huge variety of gastronomy from every country, and obviously the traditional Argentinean BBQ.
If you go to Buenos Aires on holidays, in a business trip or just stop by to go to other places in the country or in South America, this apartment would be the ideal place to stay. You will love it as much as I did when I first visited it. It was love at first sight!

If Ana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
