Description

Rose apartment is located in the back side of a traditional Quinta in Funchal called Quinta Esperança. It is the best place you can live in, with private gardens all around and a PRIVATE POOL (JUST FOR TWO). The access from the road to the apartment is along the corridors of the Quinta and no one else goes though them except you while staying there. So, this may become your really private and safer home in Funchal in these Covid times.

The apartment is well equipped, with wifi, air conditioning, dish washer and much more, offering you a great comfort, but mainly, privacy.

A separated bedroom, with high quality of mattress (2x2), pillows and linen, will offer you a total comfort for your night sleep. You will find enough extra linen in the drawers for your comfort and stay.

The kitchen is not very big but it is well equipped, with everything you may need to prepare your own meals during your stay, includes, oven, dish washer, microwave, kettle and of course all those small itens for your daily life.

A nice bathroom with a great modern shower also offers hair dryer and pool towels.

This beautiful romantic and spacey apartment connects directly to its own porch and patio with a table and some chairs for you to enjoy living outside.

A private pool in the gardens just by the apartment, some deck chairs and a sun umbrella offers a relaxed stay and view over the surroundings and is absolutely not shared , is just for the use of guests staying at Rose apartment.

In these Covid times, we are taking all necessary and possible procedures to have our studios (only Rose is an apartment) with different accesses and following every recommendations from our local authorities. So, even if having guests in the other studios, they will use different accesses, ways and outside patios, no one will meet or share any space. They are all "free shoes" apartments and we do ask you to respect this.

“Amazing!”

My husband and myself have just spent an amazing 10 days in the Rose Apartment at Quinta Esperanza. The apartment is so beautiful the outside seating area lovely and a plunge pool to ourselves too! The views from the top terrace down to the harbour are stunning. Helena and Roberto go out of their way to help wether it’s booking trips an amazing restaurant for husbands birthday even had a suprise gift left. The walk into Funchal takes about 15 mins to the harbour with beautiful views on the way but bus stops outside the Quinta if you don’t want to walk. Please try the local bakery too as the fresh bread and cakes are yummy! Our first trip to Madeira and definitely not our last both to the island and to this beautiful Quinta as we still have lots of this island to see.

How do damage deposits work?
