Our newly decorated bright and contemporary one bedroom apartment of 33m2 is situated next to the Rue D'Antibes. Spacious open concept living area with double sofa bed, flat screen TV with cable channels. Fully equipped kitchen area including microwave, dishwasher , oven, hob and washing machine. Large breakfast bar for dining. The compact bedroom has a double bed and large built in wardrobe for your belongings. In the bathroom you will find a multi jet shower, sink unit, and WC.
This superb property is ideally located next to trendy restaurants, cafes and stylish boutiques. It is just 8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and 4 minutes from the beautiful beaches.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating so is ideal for long or short breaks all year round.
Whether your trip is for business or pleasure this apartment has all you need for a pleasurable stay!
There is public pay parking within 3 minutes walk from property. There is a drop off point to unload a car outside the property.

We have been renting out this property for several years now and have only received positive feedback. We have tried to give a true and fair description of the property in the ad and this is the first time we have received such a review. Our rates are competitive in the Cannes/French Riviera rental market, eventhough we understand for some can be perceived as expensive when comparing to other parts of the world. During your stay we did provide you with extra towels at no extra charge to you. We will of course take all your comments in to consideration in order to optimise the experience for our future guests. Thank you.

“Perfect location for beach, shopping and amazing restaurants”
The location of this apartment was amazing; it catered perfectly for everyone in our family! My daughter loved the fantastic shopping on the doorstep, my son the beaches, huge choice within walking distance and my husband and I the many excellent restaurants and cafes. The apartment is conveniently close to the train station and we used public transport to visit a lovely water park. We also enjoyed the old town and were lucky enough to be treated to a spectacular fireworks experience while dining one evening during the Cannes festival of pyrotechnics. The apartment itself had everything we required for a comfortable stay and check in and out was straight forward and stress free. We plan to return soon.
