Enveloped by a lush tropical environment and boasting of sweeping ocean/sunset views, this breathtaking villa is located just 3-5 minute drive from the white sandy Kata beach, Chalong circle or newest attraction like Big Buddha, shops and restaurants of Kata Noi on Phuket's southwest coast and 10 minute drive to magnificent Karon Beach. Phuket's most popular Patong Beach, Jungceylon Shopping Center and Wat Chalong Temple are just a 15 minute drive from villa.

Nearest golf courses like Phuket Country Club, Loch Palm Golf Club and Red Mountain Golf Club are only 15-20 minute drive and It takes 35-45 minutes to drive from Phuket's best Blue Canyon Golf Club and Phuket International Airport.

VILLA'S DESCRIPTION:

With a fusion of traditional and contemporary Thai-inspired architecture and design, the villa makes for the perfect tropical hideaway.

Ideal for holidaying families and friends, this elegant villa features a landscaped garden, a free-form pool with sun deck, a spacious furnished patio, a large living room, indoor/outdoor dining areas and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar.

The master suite is furnished with a canopied king bed, a dressing room, a furnished balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub with jacuzzi and walk in shower. Two of the guestrooms have a king bed, while another has twin beds. All with ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.

Amenities include satellite TV in all rooms, DVD players, surround sound system, safety box and WiFi Internet.

the housekeeper whose name is wat is great. He is nice and the food he cooked is dilicious. Everyday he makes the bedroom clean. Another thing unforgettable is the swimming pool。

“Gorgerous villa you should never miss”

Just got back from Phuket and have already missed the stay in Kata Beach view villa. It was excellent and you could fully relaxed there without any worry, because our manager Wat will sort out everything for you. That's what I am there for. The villa is just about 5 minutes drive away from Kata Beach up on the hill. Even like use not driving, it's only THB200 to take tuk tuk service easily to the beach. Hence, the wifi is so strong covering the whole villa that makes our life easily. Especially after I experienced the stay in a hotel with weak wifi sharing the whole hotel in Krabi. Also, they have satellite TV with over 50 channels that fit all kinds of people. My mum in law didn't speak Thai and English can find a channel entertain her. During my 3 days stay there, something happen for the toilet that get stcuk in the sitting room. However, the manager fixes it right away without any hassel in the next day and won't let us to raise the problem. Another main reason to attract me to come again and makes us a good memory is the gogerous and deliouse cooking from our chef Kae. You won't want to dine out after you try her real Thai food at the villa. I can say it's more traditional and tasty than a lot of restuarnats outside. One thing I may need to raise up to the manager about the quick and fast service during meal time. They always stand by our table and take the dish to clean whenever you finish the dish. I may not get used to have someone stand beside me in meal time, and make us a bit uncomfortable to eat too slowly, esepcially we have elderly and kids. I would suggest to clean up all once in a time after the whole meal done. It is only a minor comment but not cause a big problem anyway. They have fantastic service that can help in all areas. The owner George is great and offer us to stay longer. I really love to and so do our kids but unfortunately the vacation went fast and short.
