Description
Apartment with 2 bedrooms and private terrace for up to 4 people. Located close to the city hall (Ayuntamiento) and the Cathedral.
The apartment forms part of a "casa palacio" built in the Sevillian Regionalist style, which dates from the beginning of the 20th century. The building has a majestic central patio decorated with ceramic tiles and a colonnade of arches.
The apartment is distributed over three floors. On the lower level is the living area and kitchen. The living room has large windows to the courtyard of the building.
On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom bunk beds.
On the second floor is the private terrace with table and chairs which faces the large inner patio of the building.
STAIRS
The access to the upper floor apartment is by a steep stairway - not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

“Lovely Apartment, great location”
Loved the apartment. In a beautiful building with easy access to all main attractions. The stairs certainly keep you fit. Would definitely Rebook on our next trip to gorgeous Seville.
