Description
This stylish, self-catering apartment is the ideal location for holiday or corporate stays with easy access to the city and other major highways and ideal for touring the area.
Appreciate uninterrupted views over the ocean, Cape Town, Table Mountain Robben Island and around to the park and Durbanville Hills. Enjoy sundowners on the balcony, the sun setting over the ocean and the city lights reflecting on the water.
Cross the road to reach the sandy beach or wander along the promenade. The cafe's, restaurants, bars, the bus stop and other amenities are within easy walking distance
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and sliding doors onto the balcony. Blankets and fan heaters.
The second bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the hills and vineyards of Durbanville with a large park and fenced off playground. Blankets and fan heaters are also provided.
The second bathroom has a bathtub and clothes drying stand.
I provide you with linen, towels and a hair dryer.
Spacious open plan living / diner / kitchen with doors opening onto the corner balcony. In the living area there are two comfortable couches, one is a sleeper, an armchair with coffee tables and Smart TV.
Internet connection and wifi.
There is a dining table and chairs.
Fully equipped granite kitchen for self-catering. It has a good sized Fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stove with an oven, kettle and toaster.
Private lockup garage with a door leading into the building. Convenient for kite surfing, surfing, rowing and cycling equipment.
Refuse bins are provided just outside the doors of this passage.
Blouberg attracts water sport enthusiasts from all over the world and international kite surfing competitions like the famous Red Bull competition.
