The downstairs apartment, in a beautiful villa style house. Very spacious and private, surrounded by nature on the hill overlooking Kata. Two king size bedrooms, safe box , fully furnished with a kitchen with full equipment, oven and spacious lounge. Apartment size is 100sq meters. Beautiful terrace gardens and private pool. Covered balconey with beautiful green outlook with private garden off the veranda. .
