Located in the most desirable area of Seminyak, Bali Beach Pad is a stylish two bedroom contemporary villa. The Beach Pad is truly a stunning oasis in the heart of Seminyak with superior services and facilities, providing comfortable and peaceful surrounds.

The Bali Beach Pad is situated only 20 minutes from the International Airport and with a 100m walk down a quiet lane to the beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a vibrant night life. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off.

Occupying an area 200 m2 the Bali Beach Pad offers a contemporary style home, architecturally designed with modern facilities. Maximising space, the villa consists of a two storey building, with open concept living and dinning area. It is beautifully decorated with stylish modern furniture, mixed with traditional artwork.

The ground floor features a large open style living and dining area, facing onto a private pool. In addition, a comfortable air conditioned TV area, with guest powder room, is located adjacent to the living room.

A stylish staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor level is dedicated for the two bedrooms, comfortably set side by side, each with en suite bathroom. One bedroom has king size bed and private balcony. The other bedroom has twin beds, that if required can be converted into another king size bed. It offers tranquility and privacy with view to the surroundings.

We have a car and driver you can hire at a daily rate if you want to see some of the beautiful sights of Bali.

We have a mobile phone at the villa so any time you need to contact me or the staff we are availble 24/7. Our villa manager Pak Budi will pick you up from the airport and check you into Bali Beach Pad and give you all the villa info. We have daily house keeping.The villa has a car (exenia)driver if you need to see the sights of Bali there is a daily rate for hire of the car.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
