Description

Our property is a Guest House that has 5 beautiful en-suite rooms with magnificent views of False Bay and 5 star service. We are located in a newer mountainside suburb called Cairnside, which is between Glencairn and Simon's Town. We live in a very peaceful neighbourhood away from the main road but within easy access to everything.

Prices are quote per room for 2 people sharing. 2 of our rooms can cater for an extra 2 children making it 12 in total but you would need to contact us about that.

We have 4 parking bays up our driveway and 3 at the bottom, on street. Our area is very safe.

4 of our rooms can be made up as 2 single beds or a king extra length bed. the 5 room ( our luxury suite) is a permanent king extra length bed. You will find showers and toilets in each room, with the exception of the Luxury suite also having a bath.

Our only ground floor room still has lovely sea views but the 4 rooms on the first floor have stunning ocean views.

Getting around

We recommend bringing a vehicle and collecting from the airport once you arrive. Driving, whilst on the left side of the road, is relatively easy to adapt to if you are used to driving on the right. Streets and well signposted. As we live on the mountain and the area is mountainous and quite spread out a vehicle would be convenient. For those of you familiar with UBER, they are also very regular here. Public transport is very limited to a train that leaves once an hour during the day light, and a limited taxi service.,

Interaction with guest

You will be welcomed by a staff member on arrival who will show you all the features of your rooms, facilities and general rules of the Guest House. We have a staff member available during the day for questions about tourist attractions, to book you restaurants or taxi's as well. Should you opt to include breakfast in your stay, a staff member will prepare that for you daily and clean up. We offer a full Continental selection and a cooked varieity (omelette, french toast or a full english breakfast)

House rules

Kids are permitted if the entire property is booked but parents are solely responsible for their behaviour and safety. Please note that we do not have kids entertainment areas. We do have a lot of stairs and wire hand rails that could be dangerous for young children. smoking is allowed only in the outside patio where ash trays are provided.
Please note, we also do not offer self catering unless a 7 night period is booked.
