Welcome to the Villa Calangute Phase 5 where we've blended architecture and design to deliver a breathtaking holiday experience. Villa Calangute Phase 5 has a Private Swimming Pool with Kids Pool, Elephant Shower, Private Parking, Games Room with Pool Table, Garden, Open roof Terrace with sun loungers, all within a fenced plot. The villa is located on Holiday Street which is lined with eateries and is 2 minutes walk from Calangute Beach. The architectural balance and beautifully designed interiors and gardens offer the sophisticated traveler a genuine close up experience of Goan hospitality.

This modern stylishly furnished 7 bedroom villa has 7 en suite bathrooms and is in a private property in Calangute. It is ideal for a family or large group looking for hidden luxury without compromising on the highest standards of comfort and service. The beautiful villa with its ultra modern facilities and extensive collection of art and sculptures add to its charm as an ideal getaway all year round.

Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc.


Option 1 - Cook for yourself

Option 2 - Order your meals from the nearby restaurant, The ROUNDAbout - Bistro & Bar.  You can pre-order yours meals from their 'Set Menu' or 'Large Group Menu' at least 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, order from their 'À La Carte ' with no advanced notice required.  Please pay 'The ROUNDAbout' Restaurant directly for your Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.  They offer free delivery to our guests within Calangute.

Option 3 - You can DINE IN by Booking a Chef in advance, who will prepare a delicious gourmet meal for you at the resort and the meal will be delivered to you at your villa. Labour cost for preparing a meal for up to 10 people is INR 2500 per meal,  11-15 Pax INR2700, 16-20 Pax INR 3000 and 21-25 Pax INR 3500 per meal and 26-30 Pax INR 4000 per meal.  Discount available if you book all your meals. Ingredient cost is extra you can procure the items yourself or the chef can buy the ingredients and he will ensure all ingredients, vegetables, spices are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable.          

Our minimum entry rate is mentioned for 15 adults where 7 A/C bedroom will be provided. This villa can accommodate up to 24 people in 7 bedrooms with 3 king size beds, 9 single beds and 9 extra mattresses.

Buses, auto rickshaws and pilot bikes are available. When you stay at Villa Calangute you get a personal supervisor who will takes care of anything that you may need! - You will not see the Supervisor unless you call. He’s there to help you, and respects your privacy. Supervisor, Raj, lives in the staff quarters at Phase 5 so is a maximum of 5 minute drive away from any of the Villa Calangute properties. - Just call Supervisor Raj 24/7 to help you with anything. - He can take the trash out for you. - Can’t figure something out? Give Raj a call and he can be at your service in 5 minutes. - “Raj was amazing! He is truly a gem, we called him numerous times throughout our stay and nothing was too much for him.- Yolanda C.
