This beautifully renovated luxury one bedroom unit in a historical row house is conveniently located in one of the most prestigious areas of Shanghai. In the heart of French concession and next to Huaihai Road, Shanghai's 5th Avenue, the apartment is only a 3-minute walk to Xintiandi and a subway line 1 stop is a 1-min walk away. There are countless restaurants, bars and shops nearby, for whatever the styles and prices you choice. Ask anyone who knows Shanghai, you will be told this is one of the best, perhaps the best, locations of Shanghai.
Convenient, comfortable, stylish and sophisticated, the apartment is renovated thoroughly by high international standards but keeps its local flavour and charm. It features a beautiful kitchen, a washer and drier, high quality stylish furniture and luxury bedding. The entire unit is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. A fireplace and a walking-in closet are much-soughted features in the city. This charming apartment will enrich your Shanghai experience.
It has a high speed wifi connection and a phone. The TV has CNN, BBC, ESPN, Star Sports and other popular international channels.The apartment is equipped some very useful and unique features that are hard to be found in Shanghai. They include:
1. A brand new washer and dryer. Dryer is rarely found in Shanghai apartments. Those a few do provide dryers are usually low efficiency two-in-one model, e.g., washer also serves as a dryer. Our dryer is a stand alone real drier.
2. Our apartment is installed a separated heating system that heats the entire apartment efficiently during winter. Majority of Shanghai apartments use air conditions to heat room in winter. Those dual functional air conditions are very ineffective for heating. Winter in Shanghai can be quite cold. Temperature often dips below zero degree.
3. A fireplace provides additional heating and ambience 4. A walk-in closet
