Villa Kaputas is a stunning, brand new luxury 6 bedroom villa, perfect for larger groups, and offering every comfort you could want from your holiday. Situated in a quiet location in the hills behind Kalkan, it's the perfect place to switch off and relax the days away. The villa is fully air conditioned, and has beautiful cool marble flooring throughout.

Outside Areas

There is a spacious, marble patio area surrounding the beautiful infinity pool, 4m x 9m x 1.70m, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, plus a comfortable shaded swing seat at the front of the property. There is a large pergola to one side, directly opposite the kitchen area, with a marble topped table and chairs for alfresco dining, plus a stone built BBQ at the back of the property.On the top floor of the property is the beautiful furnished roof terrace. It is shaded by a pergola, great for hot sunny days. The roof terrace has a small kitchen area including a fridge, so why not take advantage of the amazing views and relax whilst enjoying a few sun-downers?Private parking is available outside the property.

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, all with fantastic views, as there are huge french windows all the way along one side of the building. Kitchen: Fully fitted & very well equipped, with stunning black granite counter top. There is an oven, gas hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, along with all the cooking and serving equipment you could want for your holiday - there's even a food processor, and a cafetiere for any coffee lovers! There is a large, extending dining table in the kitchen, seating up to 12 people.Lounge: Plenty of comfortable seating, with 2 modern, comfortable 3 seater sofas, plus an armchair, & coffee table, Large flat screen TV with surround sound system, with satellite TV, and DVD player. The villa is perfect for families and larger groups. Access to the villa is via a fairly steep set of steps to the property, so this may cause problems for people with mobility needs.Our local management company will provide a meet and greet service, to help familiarize your group with the villa and area and will be on hand to help throughout your stay. A welcome pack is also supplied. For an additional cost, a hot meal can be arranged. We can also arrange your airport transfers, & car hire

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa will be cleaned weekly, where linen and towels will be changed for a fresh set. Daily services include the servicing of the pool, and garden area.Private chef and baby sitting services can be supplied on request. A cot and/or high chair are available at an additional charge.

Getting around

Within Kalkan itself there is often no need for transport. However, taxis are cheap and readily available or hire cars can be booked. In the surrounding area, there are good transport links to local towns and villages via bus or minibus (dolmus). To visit the many sites of attraction near to Kalkan such as Saklikent Gorge, Patara Ruins & beach, Tlos, Kekova, Myra, Xanthos and the Greek island of Meis- many local tour companies offer daily tours to these sites or car hire is reasonably priced.
