Description

Welcome, Located in the heart of Lowestoft is Lavender Place, a beautiful garden flat which completed a full renovation in 2015. The properties main access is via the driveway where a gate leads you along a path to the main private entrance hall opening onto all rooms.

Rooms consist of the following:

*Lounge - 3 Seater Sofa, 2 Armchairs, Coffee Table & LCD TV.

*Dining room - Table & chairs seating 4 + Sofa Bed which easily folds down to accommodate 1 or 2 people.

*Kitchen - Solid Oak with black worktop, British Belling Appliances: Cooker, Hob & Extract with Hotpoint Fridge Freezer & Microwave & Toaster

*Master Bedroom - Kingsize Bed made up of two single beds bolted together, Double Fitted Wardrobes*Second Bedroom, Single, this is a small bedroom 1.2m x 3.4m and is suitable mainly for a child or young person.

*Showeroom - White 3 piece suite.

*Garden - Table & 4 Chairs, Path, Raised borders, Variety of shrubs and plants.

*WIFI Broadband is available.

Located in the heart of lowestoft, our property is walking distance to all local amenities. Suitable for short breaks, weekly stay or a longer term stay, this is an ideal home from home for the single travellers, couples or families.

As you know both ourselves and our maintenance man Barry were at the end of the phone 24/7 to sort out any problems and yet we heard nothing from you during your stay.
