Response from the owner This is the only client that is not satisfied of my house-keeper.All other clients were super positive, because of the personal check-in and -out, being extremely heplfull and polite, available during the whole stay. About the hot water, that is also the 1st time I have a comment on this theme. The shower normally stays hot enough with normal consumption. We have been there ourselves many times with 5 people and no problem with hot water. The kitchen of the apartment and facilities to cook are even more spacious than in many houses. About cleaning and washing products : those can never been included in the rental tarif price ; and surely not for the cheap rental prices of this apartment.The apartment may be considered as very worth rented for his value!

“Great place”
We stayed here in June 2014 for one week. The appartment was amazing, clean modern with everything you could ever need. The pool was quiet no getting up at 6 to get a sun lounger by the pool it was just really easy going and relaxing. The owner of the appartment was really helpful he answered all of my questions quickly and even contacted me to make sure everything was ok when we arrived. The only thing I would really say is that there is not much here for kids to do but I supposed you would expect that being a golf resort. All in all the app was great no complaints what so ever. Great price great communication great holiday.

“Incredible Relaxing Holiday”
We stayed at the apartment 14th to 21st June and must say that the facilities both in the apartment and around the resort are first class. We did not arrive until around 21.30 but Sergio was on hand to meet us and show us to the apartment and how everything worked. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are very high and there are even a couple of bikes for the adventurous ones! The gas BBQ was ideal for making full use of the large terrence with incredible views over the golf course and lake. If you are looking for a relaxing break then we would highly recommend this location and this apartment.

“good accomodation in a surprising environment”
Beautiful modern interior with a lot of light and a relaxed outdoor 'open' garden atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable room - had best sleep for ages!, a lot of closets to put everything away. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big flat screen tv in the living room. (also flat screen in the big bedroom) Great terrace to have a drink and relax!

“Fabulous apartment”
We stayed at your apartment end of September last year with a couple of friends. It was a relaxing and enjoyable week. The resort is situated within easy distance from the airport (max. 15 minutes to get there). The apartment is very spacious and well decorated with design furniture. From the living room we had an amazing view on the pool of the golf court. The apartment has all luxury one can wish for. A/C's in all rooms, very lovely bedrooms with confortable beds. The two bathrooms are clean with high standard utilities. The kitchen is well equiped and the living room with dining area is marvelous. The entire apartment is spotless, new and clean. The terrace is well equiped with a dining table and a sitting room. The BBQ is very handy. Within 50 steps you get to the two big pools near the apartment. The resort itself is well maintained and secure with beautiful gardens. The beaches of the Mar Menor are within 10 minutes drive and there are a lot of places of interest, Cartagena, Los Alcazares, ... I really recommand this apartment and I surely be back end of this year.
